DARK LEAFY GREENS:
(contain vitamins and minerals)
WATER (keep you body hydrated and flush toxins out of your body)
IF YOU DON'T LIKE PLAIN WATER, freshly squeezed LEMON WATER WITH NO SUGAR or maybe a touch of pure maple syrup or agave.would be a great substitute for water to get toxins out quicker) Have Lemon water in fridge every day, I drink both water and lemon water several times a day. Try to get the 8 ounces in everyday.
COCONUT OIL ( fights parasites, candida etc)
NUTS: Raw or Natural Almonds
Raw Walnuts, daily at work as snack ( contain selenium, fiber)
AND SEEDS: Pumpkin raw, (fight bacteria) Sunflower Seeds are also a part of my diet
Pascoe PH Tablets
GREEK YOGURT(high in protein, calcium, and good bacteria)
QUINOA (protein and 7 essential amino acids)
Apples (vitamin C and Fiber)
Oranges Vitamin C and Pectin), Bananas (Potassium In smoothies or alone)
Olive Oil ( omega 3)
I also take Probiotics to keep good bacteria in stomach which helps heal candida and other bacteria in body.
Steel cut oatmeal
Quinoa ( high protein, fiber, and 7 essential amino acids)
